Company Identity and Legal Structure
SellamHub is owned and operated by Xelawonder Enterprise, a business registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
All references to “SellamHub”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Xelawonder Enterprise. We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:
- Change the business name, ownership structure, or legal status
- Transfer or assign rights and obligations under this Agreement
- Engage third-party partners to support operations
Such changes shall not affect the enforceability of this Agreement.
Nature of Service (Platform Disclaimer)
SellamHub operates strictly as a technology-enabled online marketplace. We provide a platform that allows users to:
- Create accounts
- Post listings
- Communicate with other users
- Promote goods and services
SellamHub DOES NOT:
- Own, manufacture, or store listed products
- Inspect or verify all listings
- Guarantee product quality, safety, legality, or availability
- Act as a buyer, seller, agent, broker, or insurer
All transactions occur directly between users, and SellamHub is not a party to any transaction.
User Responsibilities and Assumption of Risk
By using the Service, you accept full responsibility for your actions and interactions. You are solely responsible for:
- Verifying the identity and credibility of other users
- Confirming the accuracy of listings
- Inspecting goods or services before payment
- Choosing secure and reliable payment methods
- Protecting your personal and financial information
You acknowledge that:
- Online marketplaces carry inherent risks, including fraud, scams, and misrepresentation
- SellamHub does not guarantee the conduct of users
- Any reliance on platform content is at your own risk
Public Disclosure of Information (Mandatory Consent)
SellamHub operates as an open marketplace, and certain user information is intentionally made public to enable transactions.
By creating a profile or posting listings, you expressly agree that the following information may be publicly visible:
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
- Profile pictures
- Business names
- Listing descriptions and images
- Location details (if provided)
You further acknowledge that:
- This information may be indexed by search engines
- It may be accessed, copied, or redistributed by third parties
- SellamHub has no control over how third parties use such data
SellamHub shall not be liable for:
- Spam, unsolicited contact, or harassment
- Fraud arising from publicly shared data
- Any misuse of your information by third parties
Account Registration, Security, and Access
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Keep login credentials secure and confidential
- Immediately notify us of unauthorized access
SellamHub reserves the right to:
- Request identity verification documents at any time
- Refuse service to any user at its sole discretion
- Suspend, restrict, delete or terminate any user account, without prior notice. This right applies regardless of any active paid subscription, and all subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Edit, suspend, unpublish, or remove any product or service listing that violates these Terms, is misleading, inaccurate, prohibited, or otherwise considered inappropriate, with or without prior notice.
User Content, Rights, and License
You retain ownership of all content you submit. However, by posting content, you grant SellamHub a:
- Worldwide
- Non-exclusive
- Royalty-free
- Transferable license
to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for platform operation, marketing, and improvement.
You represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to post such content
- Your content does not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Your content complies with applicable laws
SellamHub reserves the right to remove, edit, or restrict content at any time without informing the user or seller or service provided.
Subscription Expiry & Listing Removal
Users acknowledge and agree that all product and service listings are automatically removed from public view immediately upon the expiration of their Free or Paid Subscription. Upon purchasing or renewing a subscription, previously uploaded listings will not be restored automatically. Users are required to upload their products or services again, including any previous listings they wish to republish.
Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
- Engage in scams or deceptive practices
- Impersonate individuals or businesses
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the platform
- Harvest or collect user data without authorization
Violation may result in without prior notice account deleting, suspension, termination, and legal action.
Transaction Disclaimer and User Liability
SellamHub is not responsible for any transaction-related issues, including but not limited to:
- Payment failures or disputes
- Delivery delays or non-delivery
- Product defects or misrepresentation
- Financial loss or damages
Users are advised to perform due diligence and exercise caution when engaging in transactions.
Escrow and Payment Protection
SellamHub may introduce escrow or payment facilitation services. Where such services are used:
- Funds may be held temporarily by SellamHub or third-party providers
- Release of funds is subject to predefined rules and conditions
- Delays may occur due to verification or dispute resolution processes
SellamHub is not a licensed financial institution and does not guarantee payment outcomes.
Platform Fees, Billing, and Monetization
SellamHub reserves the right to charge fees for:
- Listing and promotion services
- Subscription plans (e.g., Pro or Business accounts)
- Advertising and visibility features
- Transaction-related services
You agree that:
- Fees may be introduced or modified at any time
- All payments are non-refundable
- Continued use after fee changes constitutes acceptance
Referral Program and Incentives
SellamHub may offer referral rewards or bonuses. You agree that:
- Rewards are conditional and may be changed or withdrawn at any time
- Payments may take up to 7 working days or more
- Fraudulent activities (e.g., fake accounts, self-referrals) will result in disqualification
SellamHub reserves the right to withhold or reverse rewards at its discretion.
Seller Verification and Badges
SellamHub may provide verification badges or status indicators. You acknowledge that:
- Verification does not guarantee trustworthiness or reliability
- It does not ensure successful transactions or product quality
SellamHub reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke verification at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent, SellamHub shall not be liable for:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- User disputes or misconduct
- Unauthorized access to user data
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SellamHub and Xelawonder Enterprise from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of this Agreement
- Your interactions with other users
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
All disputes shall be resolved through:
- Good-faith negotiation
- Mediation (if applicable)
- Final and binding arbitration in Nigeria
You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
Force Majeure
SellamHub shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or system failures.
Tax and Legal Compliance
Users are solely responsible for:
- Payment of applicable taxes
- Compliance with local laws and regulations
- Reporting income derived from platform activities
KYC, AML, and Fraud Prevention
SellamHub may implement identity verification and fraud prevention measures. We reserve the right to:
- Request identity documents
- Restrict, delete or suspend accounts without informing the user.
- Report suspicious activities to authorities
Data Collection
We collect personal, technical, and transactional data necessary to operate the platform.
Data Usage
Data is used for service delivery, communication, fraud prevention, analytics, and improvement.
We may use data to:
- Operate the platform
- Enable communication
- Improve services
- Detect fraud
- Provide support and more
Data Sharing
Data may be shared with service providers, partners, Payment providers, analytics provider, Cloud services and Authorities or Law enforcement where required.
Data Security
We implement reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security. You accept risks associated with:
- Internet transmission
- Data breaches beyond our control
Data Retention
We retain data as necessary and may retain certain records after deletion for legal purposes.
User Rights

Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience and analyze usage. By using the platform, you consent to all cookies usage.
International Data Transfers
Data may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.
Automated Decision-Making
We may use AI tools for moderation, fraud detection, and verification.
Data Breach Response
We will take reasonable steps to detect, respond to, and mitigate data breaches. But we will not be held liable.
Electronic Acceptance of Terms
By clicking “Sign Up”, “Register”, “I Agree”, or similar actions, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and accepted this Agreement
- This constitutes a legally binding contract
- It is equivalent to a handwritten signature
Content Takedown & Copyright Complaints
Users may report intellectual property violations by submitting:
- Identification details
- Description of the infringement
- Location of the content
SellamHub may remove content, may or may not notify users, and take action where necessary.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Nigeria.
Severability and Waiver
Invalid provisions do not affect the rest. Failure to enforce rights does not waive them.
Service Modifications and Updates
SellamHub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. This includes:
- Features and functionalities
- Pricing structures
- User interface and experience, etc.
We are not liable for any impact such changes may have on your use of the Service.
Third-Party Links and Services
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. You acknowledge that:
- SellamHub does not control these external platforms
- We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices
- Your use of third-party services is at your own risk
Advertising and Promotions
SellamHub may display advertisements, sponsored listings, or promotional content. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of advertisements
- Quality of advertised products/services
Engagement with advertisers is solely between you and the advertiser.
User Communications
By using the platform, you consent to receive:
- Notifications
- Emails
- Messages related to your account or transactions
You may manage certain communication preferences in your account settings.
Account Inactivity
SellamHub reserves the right to:
- Deactivate, delete or remove inactive accounts
- Delete associated data.
Platform Abuse and Enforcement
We may investigate and take action against users who:
- Abuse the platform
- Violate policies
- Engage in suspicious behavior
Actions may include warnings, suspensions, immediate account deleting or permanent bans or legal actions.
Data Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy, SellamHub does not guarantee that:
- Listings are correct or up-to-date
- User-provided information is reliable
Users must independently verify all information.
Marketing Communications
By registering for a SellamHub account, you consent to receive promotional messages, advertisements, product updates, newsletters, service notifications, offers, and other communications from SellamHub through the email address and phone number provided during registration.
No Professional Advice
SellamHub does not provide:
- Legal advice
- Financial advice
- Business consulting
Any information on the platform should not be relied upon as professional advice.
Records and Evidence
SellamHub may retain logs, messages, and transaction data for:
- Security purposes
- Dispute resolution
- Legal compliance
Such records may be used as evidence where necessary.
Language and Interpretation
This Agreement is written in English. In case of translation:
- The English version shall prevail
Survival of Terms
Certain provisions shall survive termination, including:
- Liability limitations
- Indemnification
- Dispute resolution
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old. By using the Service, you confirm compliance with this requirement.
Fraud Reports, Investigation & Account Actions
SellamHub is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy marketplace. If a buyer or seller is reported for suspected fraud, scam, impersonation, deceptive practices, or any other activity that violates these Terms, SellamHub reserves the right to investigate the matter.
During the investigation, the affected user may be required to provide identification, proof of ownership, proof of transaction, supporting documents, or any other information reasonably requested to verify their identity or activities.
Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the time specified by SellamHub, or where the investigation confirms a violation of these Terms, may result in the suspension, restriction, or permanent deletion of the user's account without prior notice.
SellamHub reserves the sole discretion to determine the outcome of any investigation and to take any action necessary to protect the platform, its users, and the public.
Buyer Conduct & Account Restrictions
These Terms apply equally to buyers and sellers. Buyers or sellers who engage in fraudulent transactions, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, false claims, harassment, misuse of the platform, or any other prohibited conduct may be investigated.
Where a buyer or seller is found to have violated these Terms, SellamHub may immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently delete the buyer's account without obtaining the buyer's or seller’s consent.
Product & Service Listing Standards
All products and services listed on SellamHub must be accurate, genuine, lawful, and must honestly represent what is being offered.
Users must not upload products or services that are false, misleading, counterfeit, prohibited, duplicate, incorrectly categorized, or otherwise violate SellamHub's listing policies.
SellamHub reserves the right to edit, unpublish, suspend, or permanently remove any product or service listing that violates these Terms or is considered misleading or inappropriate, with or without prior notice.
The removal of a product or service listing does not automatically result in account suspension or termination. However, repeated violations or serious misconduct may lead to further action, including account suspension or permanent deletion.
Non-Refundable Subscription Fees
All subscription fees paid to SellamHub are final and non-refundable.
A user's subscription will not be refunded if the account is suspended, restricted, or permanently deleted as a result of violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activities, or failing to satisfactorily respond to an investigation.
By purchasing a subscription, the user acknowledges and agrees that payment is made at their own risk and that no refund will be issued.
Legal Compliance Disclaimer
While we aim to align with data protection best practices, SellamHub is not required to formally register under every international regulation unless legally mandated.
Policy Updates
We may update this document at any time. Continued use equals acceptance of updates.
Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and SellamHub and supersedes any prior agreements.
